I can't believe that show survived the chopping block, but the original Law and Order and also Criminal Intent got axed. Are people that obsessed with sex crimes? How many stories about rape can one watch?

Unfortunately, the Kardashians aren't going away anytime soon. You've been warned. E! has a second season of "Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami" on the horizon.

Also, Khloe Kardashian-Odom & "Extra's" Mario Lopez have been tapped to replace British import Steve Jones as new hosts of the U.S. version of the ratings-challenged "X Factor" on FOX. According to TMZ.com, those 2 join the show in November.

Has that show & "Two and a Half Men" run their course?

I know Charlie Sheen didn't think it was when Ashton Kutcher replaced him last season.
