Maybe earlier?
I'm all ears for the QB criticism.

That WAS bad though. A better opponent takes advantage & the Bears are in an early 7-0 hole.

I'm not arguing it was a bad pick, but we both know Mac will accentuate that play as part of his routine Cutler criticism.
I could say I was upset with the defense's performance and overstate the third-and-long issues in the first half.
I'd rather be objective and say both sides of the ball had their moments in the first half, but each was pretty solid in the second half.

That's fair. 2nd half was a blast! The first half, it seemed like they felt they could sleepwalk to victory. Apparently Lovie lit them up at halftime.

Julius Peppers recovering the fumble shows how overpaid and overrated he is, as for the money he's being paid he's the one who should have gotten the sack.

That also sounds like something Mac would say.
BTW, I'm sure Cutler's reactions to Dan Pompei's post-game press conference questions will also be discussed on Monday's show.

I'm tuned in. Should be an interesting show after the Bears blowout and no football for 2 weeks.

2 weeks with no football and a blowout win may very well = Bad Radio.

Praising a team is no fun and you can't do it for an extended period of time so I expect plenty of forced/contrived criticism of "body language", leadership skills, Dat Lubbie Smit and his play-calling etc. None of it will make sense and it will seem as if the Bears are 0-100 and are coming off a 75-3 loss with Cutler stabbing Mike Tice on the sidelines, putting on make up, doing a cock tuck and throwing 8 INT's.

Or not. Who knows! the Meat and Mac Show is always a roller coaster of love!

For a guy who claims to be able to watch line play better than the average fan, he sure has swung and missed when discussing Peppers.

Dollars to donuts, Mac is chasing with the Texans tonight, after another bad week at the window.

He just posted on twitter that he is taking the Texans. Why lay seven with the road favorite on Monday night, which is where the number was, when you can lay ten? No wonder why he loses.

I'm gonna grab a small taste of the Jets tonight. J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS!

Some of you guys hear only what you WANT to hear. For some of the angriest, most critical people in any fraternity to which I belong...some of you are awfully sensitive when somebody DARES to be critical of your sacred cows in Lake Forest.

Im angry and in addition to not liking Cutler I think he is way overrated. We cool?

Unless you are doing the opposite of what you are saying on twitter, this is not true.

Big on the Bengals. ??

Except for the ATL/NE parlay you hit, right? Mac, I have been listening to you for twenty years, and you have always been my favorite host in the city, but not for your prognostication. If you would have saved that money you blew gambling over the last two decades, you would have ten boats by now. The Texans opened at 7, but you laid 10 an hour before kickoff? That is called chasing. You were chasing last night, just like with the Pack two weeks ago. If you want your man to give you more envelopes than you give him, stop laying big points, especially on the road.

I'm not even a Bears fan, so for you to dismiss me as a kool-aid drinker is hilarious. On several occasions, you have claimed his value is tied directly to the number of sacks he registers. Just own it, we all heard you say it. Even Meatpants challenged you on it. We get it, when you flap your gums for twenty hours per week, you are going to say some dumb things. Your thoughts on Peppers are some of the dumbest aired on the Score, since the last call from Steve in Elmhurst.

No doubt, Chus. Laying points always has been a bugaboo. Gotten better at takin' 'em or layin' off last couple years. You and I have different definitions of chasing. I was up going into Monday night and made a small play on the Texans. That's not chasing.

As for the Bengals pick.... yes GK.... I had the Bengals. I had the Bears for the same number of units and the ATL/NE parlay... as well as a split on dogs (Indy W, CLE L). Went 3-0 on WDYL last weekend.

Not saying I'm a good handicapper....just one on a bit of a roll 5 wks into this season (after a rare winning season)... and I always will be honest about it.

Mac, any chance you will be a featured handicapper on the site? It looks like Steven Major and Charles Maze hit about 80%. I might sign up!
