Has that show & "Two and a Half Men" run their course?

Two and a Half Men was never funny.

I know Charlie Sheen didn't think it was when Ashton Kutcher replaced him last season.

And many of us, myself and IMU included, didn't think it was funny when he was on there, either.

The ONLY reason why it's still on CBS...A money maker for the network.

Isn't that why all shows on are the air?

Do you know this for a fact? Or is it possible Chuck Lorre has a pact with the devil that required Les Moonves to keep this show on the air. Maybe old people like it. That's how Matlock stayed on the air for as long as it did? Do you work for CBS? Are you a network executive? Do you determine programming? Are you the King of Cartoons?

Well, "Two and a Half Men" in particular was supposedly a big moneymaker before Charlie Sheen went on quite a few tirades and eventually got fired from the sitcom for his bizarre behavior, Frank.

Probably not in the spirit of the thread, but I sat through an hour of "The Last Word" with Lawrence O'Donnell last night and that was the biggest pile of shit ever.

Left wing crap agenda crap not withstanding, the pure execution of the show was awful.

Not even Richard Schiff could save it.

He originally replaced Olbermann and it only took a few months for his show to get moved from 7 to 9PM. It's a tough watch. He's better as a guest on one of those other MSNBC shows.

Ed Shultz is real bad too. Way too screamy and fake left-wingey.

"Made in Jersey"...The CBS legal drama starring a tough-talking New Jersey woman who takes a job at a New York City law firm is the first casualty of the fall TV season. After only 2 episodes, CBS has cancelled "Made in Jersey" in favor of short-term reruns of "NCIS" & "Hawaii Five-O" the rest of this month. New episodes of the reality show "Undercover Boss" joins the Friday night lineup starting November 2nd.

I reported this five hours ago in a B&B thread, SHARK. Try to keep up.

Just so you know...

The story must be told.

A tattoo on a lawer?? Objection!

Overruled, she's a fish out of water.

Made in Jersey, The Complete Series on DVD 11-3

Yeah. Last weeks episode was one of the best in awhile. I was definitely disappointed with that call.

Don't feel bad. A lot of regular prime time programming was pre-empted last night for the VP Debate.

It'll be the same Tuesday night when CNN's Candy Crowley moderates the second of three Presidential Debates from Hempstead, NY. A lot of regular programming will also be pre-empted. A heads up ahead of time.

I do not feel bad. I feel annoyed. And a lot of regular prime time programming isn't one of the only good shows on network television.

Nothing good comes on Tuesday nights anyways.

Only on cable...

Guys, "New Girl" will be one of the shows that'll be pre-empted Tuesday night. Sorry to disappoint. Zooey Deschanel is kinda cute though...

I think Hawaii 5-0 and Modern Family are consistently solid, and I've enjoyed the first few episodes of Vegas. Everything else is dogshit.

What happened to Scott Khan? Did someone 6ft or taller step on him?
