Fell asleep early and missed the Orioles game. Not surprised though. I thought I had read they were 76-0 this season when leading after the seventh inning. Not so much anymore. Ibanez has been a hell of a pickup for the Phillies and Yankees respectively. Series might still go to a game 5, but I can't see the Yankees losing this series.

Not too worried about the Reds. Despite losing yesterday, I see them winning game 5.

I can't be too mad about the Cardinals. I was always a fan of Mike Matheny. Thought he was one of the most solid defensive catchers I have ever seen. Cardinals still have a lot of guys that really show up to play in the postseason. If they do win, I guess it debunks the "with the play-in wild card game, it will be much harder for a wild card team to win it all" reasoning for the extra team in the playoffs this year.

Wow, didn't realize that. Just adds more fuel to my belief that the bullpen is bound to hit a rough stretch at some point here in the playoffs. I'm thinking it happens again over the next game or two. That being said, kudos to the Orioles bullpen for this run.
