1. It's a good move for Goff. Will this 3rd sports talker in Atlanta suceed? No. It will fail. Will Goff succeed? No. They don't care about sports enough for this station to succeed. 1. How fast did this happen, Jason? I'm guessing this went down quick? Who's your partner? I read on that one blog that you will have a partner. They didn't give a name. Have you ever met him? All joking aside, Goff owes a lot to Bernstein. Without Bernstein, he doesn't have a shot in radio. It's just true. He allowed him to be a major part of his show and that got him noticed. I don't think Goff appreciates that. Now it's on Goff to make it without Bernstein.

It's gonna be tough. You're right. He's gotta leave the race stuff alone. Especially in the South. He can't take on co workers in Atlanta like he did Dan McNeil.

I think he'll be on his best behavior to start off. But once he gets comfortable, Atlanta is gonna get the Goff that we've come to know. But he's on his own down there. No protection from Bernstein.

I think he's gonna accuse the whites of Atlanta of still thinking the Civil War is going on and I think he's gonna start calling Randy Cross "Ra Da Cro". I don't think he can help himself. It's his nature.

HOT-FANTA – It came as quite a “Sir”prise as nearly tens of ears were glued to the “Snore”ance Holmes Show on Wednesday night to hear that Der ‘Schnore’s own Jason “Sloth” was headed to Atlanta. The “news” was so big that it could only be announced at 8:56pm on a Wednesday night.

Did you feel the Earth “shake that” very moment? No doubt it was from the impact of those tens of listeners jumping out of high-rises to their gleeful death safe in the knowledge that nothing in their lives would ever make them so happy again.

Speculation immediately “shifts” to what will happen to the Boo Boo & Wheezie afternoon “blow”gram. Who will now cackle through the “dead” air when Wheezie is sleeping or the “dead” air when he is talking.

Speaking of which, phone lines were literally burning up from ignorance this week trying to “con”firm the “Fake”ing news story of Lovie Smith’s “con”tract talks as broken by Der ‘Schnore’s own Wheezie. Wheezie also has it from a good "sore"ce that the sun is hot. “Scientists” have “kind of” confirmed it.

But no sun is hot enough to provide the fiery death we all deserve for ever listening to Der ‘Schnore. Go kill yourselves if you’ve ever listened.

you know, i find it curious that Danny Mack went out of his way to mention that Mitch wanted him to take this vacation, as it was brought up more than once that Dan is not here today because he was told to take anywhere from a day to even a week off.... and then on the flipside of this, Goffralopithicus gets his "old job" back after the public naming of Finfer as the "permanent fill-in host"

I wonder if this was ordered from above to try and squash your intrepid reporting/speculation of the MacKneel/Golf riff.... because with Jason going and there being no shift to give him (like terry wouldn't jump at having an extra day off... lol) Mitch orchestrated this to try and be a "parting shot" to us that THERE IS NO RIFT, THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANY RIFT. WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN AT WAR WITH EASTASIA. don't forget that somewhat awkward forced group giggle that went down when "the rift" was brought up in tranny yesterday.
