This season is EXCELLENT in my opinion, constant tension....but the whole DEB falling on techinicalities of the "legal system" is somewhat annoying....ultimately Dexter is essentially a street vigilante and is providing ultimate justice, would think as a cop she would ultimately have the same views in terms of providing true justice to murderers, etc....

Not a fan of Deb's looks. Acts manly, huge hands/crazy long fingers, weird mouth and way too tall. I feel like I would like her more if I was in to men.


Loved last night's episode. So far so good, this season.

Good last episode. The season really seems to be going quickly. I like how Dexter got that
weasly guy fired and then had the babysitter break up with him. Not only that but he ends
up getting capped on Dexter's boat, I didn't see that one coming, was kinda hoping Dexter
would have finished him off. Only thing I didn't completely catch because I was on the phone...
the waitress in the end was killed by the bald asshole right? I thought she was taken off in a
bodybag but wasn't sure exactly how she was done in and I didn't feel like rewinding it back.

I'm liking the Deb KILL HERSELF angle.

She understands Dex, but can't put him in jail. Especially with Harrison.

However she can't live with herself knowing he is a mass murderer. So she kills herself ina scene of terrible overacting.

I am going to start watching though.

I considered going back and watching the first 6 season but that's too much work. I'm just going to pick it up from here.

From what I can tell after watching 1 episode, he works with the cops and kills people and that one girl might be his sister and he could be hooking up with her.

I think I'm caught up.

I started once. I watched the pilot and it didn't stick.

In recent years, I've gone back on many shows to catch up and was very glad that I did - Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, Homeland, The Wire, Walking Dead - but this one just seemed too dark -darker than post-apocalyptic zombie killing.

I just want to look at Strahotski.

Here's Dexter Season 1 thru 7 in fast forward. There are spoilers.

Cop who kills people. It was his brother. It was him, but he blamed the black guy. Black guy dies. Kills a hispanic dude. hispanic dudes brother wants to kill too. he does. Then Dexter kills him. Dexter should kill girlfriend but gets pregnant instead. Baby. Then girlfriend is killed by that weird dude from Cliffhanger. Dexter saves chick that wanted to fuck that Heath Ledger guy. Then she wants to kill too. Checks out a cult. Kills people and robocop follows him around, then he kills robocop and that's fine. Then that chick goes away. Oh and theres still this baby issue. Forrest Gumps kid is a sicko and guts some dudes with that weird Oragami guy from Blade Runner. Kills baby Gump and Deb sees. Deb wanted to hump Dexter until then. Now she's not so sure. Annoying kid is no longer really an issue and why is not exactly explained.

For all the unlikely kills and story lines, this is the strangest for me. They're treating his son like he's just some stray dog Dexter picked up and got tired of.

The end of this season will be great WHEN DEB DIES

I thought the kill scene with the "roider" was about as creepy as Dexter gets. He lost his cool, composed self and went pretty dark. When the guy was thrashing around and screaming and Dexter was mocking him up on the platform....
