This might sound out there...would the Cubs consider moving Keith Moreland over to TV and pair Kerry Wood with Pat Hughes on radio...That would give Wood to get his feet wet doing broadcasting.

Please don't wish this upon Cubs fans. 100+ years of suffering is enough. Kerry Wood has the personality of drying wallpaper.

Well, any name is fair game at this point, even if he has no Cub connections. I know for a fact ex-White Sox manager Jeff Torborg has done plenty of TV work. Ask Cardinals' radio voice and network veteran John Rooney.
