The Heat may not repeat, but it will be a surprise. They may be better than last season.

Because of old man buckets and Rashard Lewis  ?

I have a serious Bulls question.

Is Jimmy Butler anything?

Plays solid D...high energy.....is still a Spaz on offense and has a jumper that is too flat. Could be a decent 7 or 8th man in the rotation.

Because of Jarvis Varnado? Those two groupd are identical cept for Rashard Lewis (who blows) and Ray Allen (whos old).

I'm not saying Ray's a great player anymore. But he's way better than the guy he's basically replacing, Mike Miller. They'll be a better team. I don't think this is an argument.

Did you watch Ray Allen in the playoffs last year? He looked washed up. I think its a perfectly reasonable argument. Plus do you think that they can last a whole season playing small ball with Bosh at the 5? I think the league is going to adjust to them. Spolestra is a dope. Plus Wade is due for a playoff missing injury. The Heat are good sure. But I don't think they are fundamentally much different then the team that had to go 7 to get past the Celtics last year.

Well...they won it all. And again, Ray Allen is better than Mike Miller. The core is still young, barring injury they will win again.

Eric is a dope. He'd better compare notes with Pops on metering playing time this season.

I think Ray Allen didn't exactly want to leave Boston, but he'd like to win an NBA Championship before he officially retires in the next year or two. Miami has what Allen wants.

Now hold the fucking phone, lads ....

Dan says that while the Bulls' season is pointless, he's going to watch anyway.

Fine, fine .... I don't disagree .... however .... you can't proclaim that after telling everyone who would listen that there was no reason to watch the Cubs because this season didn't matter.

Not imaginary radio, either. Eat my floppy, white ass-cheeks.

Somebody make this happen at 5.

I prefer scenario #1 so the Bulls could draft 2012 NCAA Tournament MVP and Champion Cody Zeller.

Though in scenario #2 they could draft his right hand man 2012 NCAA Champion Christian Watford.

Preach on, kiddo .... I'm just saying have one of the board plebians take care of it, not a demi-god like me and you.

Unrelated, I invented a new phrase today: "Colonic Purgatory" .... not just a good band name, but the state you (and your colon) are in when you've got something brewing, but if you went to take care of business now, it'd be a premie and probably not worth the extra effort of huffing and puffing to get it going.

Thank you.

I like it!

Mine was more on the idea that you didn't know where it exactly was, where it was headed, or when it was going to make its transition ... thus the purgatory angle.

... though, of course, there is no such thing as purgatory ... just another in a long line of man-made tradition based on nothing ... here endeth the lesson ...

I miss Kerner on The SCORE. Can we get someone to replace the dull Ron Gleason as studio host for Bears' pre, halftime & postgame on the Bears Radio Network?

What? I dont get what you're saying. So whoever loses, gets to pick their own avatar? Wouldn't that render the wager completely obsolete?
