I'm not saying Ray's a great player anymore. But he's way better than the guy he's basically replacing, Mike Miller. They'll be a better team. I don't think this is an argument.

Did you watch Ray Allen in the playoffs last year? He looked washed up. I think its a perfectly reasonable argument. Plus do you think that they can last a whole season playing small ball with Bosh at the 5? I think the league is going to adjust to them. Spolestra is a dope. Plus Wade is due for a playoff missing injury. The Heat are good sure. But I don't think they are fundamentally much different then the team that had to go 7 to get past the Celtics last year.

I think Ray Allen didn't exactly want to leave Boston, but he'd like to win an NBA Championship before he officially retires in the next year or two. Miami has what Allen wants.
