1. Bernstein basically asked Goff how the Atlanta people are accepting the "Bernstein Bible of sports talk" and Goff told his master that he's just put in the rule of "No we" when referring to sports teams to his listeners. Goff promised Bernstein that he's gonna whip Atlanta into shape. It was just weird.

2. Goff started off the "Mystery guest call" by saying "Da Ma Na". Clearly a shot at me and Mac. That's still on his mind if that was his first comment to Chicago since his departure. He's still pissed that he lost. He still blames me.

I thought it was a weird conversation. A lot of nervous laughter from Goff. Like he knows his station sucks and will fail. Boers told Goff that it sucks that he's on at night when sports are going on. That he needs his Goff to get a "Day Shift". Goff said "He's working on it". Looks like he's taking aim on the day part hosts. You go get 'em, Goff.

It's a CBS startup, it's not a Mike North startup. It's not failing anytime soon.
