update: I filled out the first page of the 28 page survey listing there were 6 people that reside in our house. Same way I completed the census. And I mailed it back.

I left the phone number place blank on the form. They know my home # they got all the info on me they need.

I just got this too. It's actually quite shocking the depth of questions. I have no doubt that these questions will eventually be used against someone even if it's not in an official capacity.

I had a douchebag thread on these people a LONG (5+ years) time ago. They called me 2-3 times a day for a few weeks, rang on my door bell as late as 10 pm. I tried to relent but I eventually caved.
