He can't.
He has no idea how to do it. He told me so when he was more or less begging me to write a response to this earlier today. He has friends who find excuses to not be in his "band". Well, Panther is back in the news tonight. After successfully laying low for nearly 2 hours, a three year high, he fell back into the trap we've seen him slip into time and time again. This time his attention whoring has reached dangerous heights and those around him are speaking out.

The good news is, We at TWIC have gotten a sneak peak of the upcoming straight to beta release of The Making of Ballad of Darkside starring a man who sang about another man from the internet.

Yeah that pledge thing wanst really working. I broke the pledge because he was acting normal for a while.

This had to have been thought up around a campfire. I could just picture you strummin' your axe to it. The middle part of the song gets a little strange though, IMO.

By the by, Darkside has always been extra friendly to me. (tee'd up for I&E thread)
