B&B have been all serious about how Phil Emery has full control of everything and the McClaskeys are taking a back seat.

I'm not sure how much power Bears' GM Phil Emery REALLY has up there in Lake Forest...

I like a little baby oil with a side of shame on my burrito.

For the life of me, I cannot fathom how I could make any worse burrito jokes or references. I don't know if that's good or bad, or who for.

That's how I took it. Considering they went on to joke how Bernsy is always yelling at interns, sounds like everyone was kidding.

Gasol?

yes. I know he's old, but if they don't give up much, hey...he'd be a great player for a few years with Rose.

Seems like one of those players who could thrive in a new environment (mainly away from Kobe).

I heard Mike Wilbon mention Pau Gasol up the dial today. Just because he's fallen out of favor, sort of speak, since Mike D'Antoni took over as Lakers' HC, the team hasn't exactly pulled the trigger on ANY Gasol trade. I don't think the Lakers want Carlos Boozer and his bad contract either.

Besides, let's not forget Grizzlies' President Michael Heisley ratted out Uncle Jerry a few years ago. The Bulls could've had Gasol in a rumored trade with Memphis, but it never came to fruition after Heisley told the Memphis Commercial Appeal that the Bulls didn't want to pay the luxury tax.

yeah, I've got a pretty serious man-crush on him. I love the way he plays the game.

I never understood how the D'Antoni thing would work in LA. Not trying to be Terry, but I thought from the beginning that it would be a disaster. That roster + his offense = NOT A MATCH

I'm really not interested in any player over the age of 28. I wouldn't mind unloading the entire current team for some young talent. Exception Rose of course. I know Cousins is such an unbelievable talent but I really don't like his low FG% and that he is a headcase.

Yeah, if I was the Lakers his name wouldn't have even been in the running for a new head coach.

Magic Johnson would agree with you. Right after the D'Antoni hiring was announced, Magic actually used part of the "NBA Countdown" show he co-hosts with Mike Wilbon, onetime ex-Bull Jalen Rose & ESPN.com's Bill Simmons to criticize the hire.

You don't believe that.

Remember circa 2007-08 when you thought I backed down too much? When you thought I wasn't confrontational enough. You thought I was too "nice?" Now several years and several board battles later I'm a d-bag? Dude, you don't know what you want, do you?

I don't believe that at all...I was just trying to bait SHARK, and he didn't take.

You're not a DB, SHARK. I was just saying that there would be no chance of Hawk Harrelson calling B&B for any reason.
