Tonight's WWE RAW will take place from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. Confirmed for tonight's show is an appearance by Vince McMahon and The Muppets as Social Media Ambassadors. We also know that injured WWE Champion CM Punk will be appearing. Advertised locally is Big Show and Dolph Ziggler vs. Sheamus and John Cena plus Ryback vs. CM Punk, which will likely be changed.

WWE is focusing on the following points for tonight:

* With CM Punk injured, will we know more about the fate of the WWE Title?

* Is John Cena set to capture the World Heavyweight Title?

* Who is next in The Shield's sights?

* Will AJ Lee pick up another win in the Divas division?

* Which WWE Superstar needs to gain momentum the most going into TLC?

It's gon' be bad.

While I'm watching anything on DVR these days, if at all, they are doing some stuff that's legitimately entertaining. At least from my perspective.

The Punk stuff with Heyman has been great. I really like what they've done with The Shield. Cesaro is awesome. Hell No is losing steam, but still good. Ziggler is Ziggler. Any Sandow promo is appointment TV.

Cesaro and Sandow have lost a little steam in the past month, but they're great.

Shield has been very good. Ambrose is phenomenal, and Rollins is just a notch below.

Best thing to happen was Punk getting hurt and forcing him to skip TLC. There was no way to keep Ryback strong after losing 3 straight PPVs. He'd have been 2013 Alberto Del Rio.

I really hope Ziggler wins at TLC, and Cena costs Rock the title at the Rumble.

It's happening for all of us. Finally. I always said I'm only watching these days because of the board. As this section has slowly started dying, so has my interest in any of it. There will be a new bump with "Rumbel" and Mania. After that..........

I think the three of us are roughly the same age (give or take). Is this when it's supposed to happen?

When I was at the height of my fandom, I always thought I'd be an elderly man still enjoying wrestling. If I live that long, I don't think I'll be watching wrestling when I'm elderly.

Wrestling always has it's slow down period for me and it's usually about now. For me it starts getting good around Royal Rumble and leads into Wrestlemania. Now it's almost background noise.

That's not really surprising though. Wrestling has a niche audience (like anime and Star Trek and stuff). The majority of society finds wrestling detestable. It's the small percentage of die-harders that keeps it going.
