i got two problems with this. one, why the fuck are you driving tank? two, how can they arrest him but not charge him? was he drunk or wasnt he? LEO doesnt need blood to give you a DUI, so this fiasco tells me they are giving him special treatment. and three, WHY THE HELL ARE YOU DRIVING TANK? WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU SHIT FOR BRAINS? HOW ABOUT YOU STAY THE FUCK DOWN THERE AND DONT COME BACK TO CHICAGO.
