That's not really that terrific. If that's terrific, the Packers' decade is fucking fantastic.

The Packers last 20 years have been fantastic. I want to say it's like 15 playoff apperances in the last 20 years. Something like that.

To call the Bears last 10 years terrific is laughable as you just pointed out. Especially from Bernstein who says it's championship or fail. Well, it hasn't even been playoffs in 6 of the last 9 years.

Does Dan believe in momentum in football? Yesterday I heard Bowen talking about the momentum a team gets when they know they'll be getting the ball to start the second half.

That would be lovely.

I think I'd pay whatever it might cost to have the cyborg that is AP play for the Bears for two or three years. That's about it though.

So the Bears are 86-72 thus far in what will be the last ten seasons, with three division championships and a conference championship in three tries. I mean, that's not bad, better than the 48-110 Lions, but terrific? Come on.

It would be interesting to see where the Bears fall over that ten-year span. The one good thing you can say is that the Bears have never bottomed out, but bottoming out can serve you well, so it's not that good.

CBS isn't a family.

The expectations sure are low around here. Missing the playoffs 7 out of 10 years is bad...real bad.

I wondered if someone was going to say something about that. It was a bad comparison.

Not that I'm a dog, but my ears sure perked up when I heard that.

And then he called the presumably black caller a "dumbass cracker," just to put the oblivious cherry on the oblivious sundae.

At any rate, that guy did West Palm Beach proud, if you ask me. Good town, West Palm Beach. It's like Schaumburg with palm trees. A true cultural mecca.

I thought Devin Hester was a gladiator not a dog.

Anyway, it's pretty obvious that Dan got caught in the murky waters and he knew it, but instead of apologizing for it and acknowledging that he occasionally says insensitive things about black athletes (why, he said another one like two hours ago!), which would be to admit weakness, he had to double down on stupid and just keep screaming that he can say whatever he wants and then hang up.

We're not saying you can't throw do Devin Hester, but we've also said he's not a wide receiver...so there's that.

Did you catch that "nice" that eminated from Dan when the caller corrected himself on that "we/they" thing.

Sounds like SomeGuy's daily show prediction is correct once again.

Technically when callers say "we", they are correct. The Bears have designated fans as their 4th phase.

Haha, this Bears Monday promo with Mully.

"Hey, Mike Mulligan, mornings 5 to 9. Ehhhhhhh uuuuuuhhhhh urrrrrrrh hmmwaeehhhhhh." The Score is becoming your one-stop shop for non-verbal vocal sounds.

I think I've heard the name "Matt Bowen" nine times in the last two minutes.

EDIT: ten, Dan said "hi, Matt Bowen."
