I guess it was bound to happen at some point, but I think Seinfeld has finally fallen from its position as my favorite sitcom of all time. It has been replaced.

Should I be happy? Should I be sad?

CSFMB give me some guidance here....

What is your new favorite. It slipped for me a long time ago.

My favs consistently change. Sometimes every few seasons.

Will this mean the end of the Kramer avatar?

Edit:Really?

Yeah,I thin k Big Bang is up there. It has replaced Sienfeld for me as well. For me though it is a show about my people,so I get the in-jokes and stuff.
I was getting to be a big How I met you Mother but then it started sucking hard.
Also,do not knock 2 Broke Girls. It is pretty good.

Seinfeld was never really my "favorite" show. During the early to mid '90s, it was the Simpsons. After that, it was, and still is, South Park. For a while, the Office was up there, then 30 Rock, but I've decided that SP is still the only show that is still as consistently funny as it was from the get go. The Simpsons couldn't handle longevity, but SP has nailed it.

Pretty much all sitcoms suck except Seinfeld, Cheers, and Hangin with Mr Cooper.

The last sitcom I planned my life around was Seinfeld.

The last non-sitcom show I planned my life around was The Sopranos.

I would -LOVE- to have either of those scenarios happen again.

CBS sitcoms are the Schaumburg of the sitcom world.

Kaley Cuoco is the only redeeming part of that show.

This. People always forget this show, because LD does it whenever he feels like it. But this is the funniest current live action Sitcom there is.

I wish that was a sack of concrete. I agree w/ Kid. She's hot, that Parsons guy is obnoxious & I think David from Roseanne has a vagina.

BBT is better than most sitcoms on the air these days but I don't rank among the greats by any stretch. The premise is solid but I find the writing to be lacking at times. Stiff dialog setting up a zinger/punch-line. I also find the characters lacking when compared with Seinfeld. Beyond Sheldon it's mostly meh.

The Seinfeld era is over. There wasn't even a Festivus thread this year.

A quick scan of the movie and TV section tells me that the board is firmly entrenched in the Walking Dead era.
