Due to heavy snow this game has been postponed and will be played as a doubleheader sometime in February

According to Tribune Bulls' beat writer K.C. Johnson's Twitter, the Bulls are actually at what's now called Bankers Life Fieldhouse waiting for word when tonight's snowed out game vs. the Pacers will be rescheduled. Both teams have an off day tomorrow, but I'm not sure if it'll be made up at an even later date.

Don't they build airplanes big enough to hold a basketball court? I mean, big deal they had a college game on a ship, but how about an airplane? Terrible concession sales, sure, but something interesting for the masses.

@Fox59Doll @KCJHoop IUPUI and IPFW play at 7pm tomorrow at the Fieldhouse.

In plain English, that means the Bulls & Pacers won't play tomorrow night.

It won't be Friday either. The Phoenix Suns are supposed to visit Bankers Life Fieldhouse for their only visit of the season vs. Indiana.

It's unclear when the Bulls & Pacers will reschedule their game in Indianapolis, but I don't think it'll be next week either. This is Indiana's schedule the next week:

Friday vs. Phoenix
Saturday @ Atlanta
Monday vs. Memphis
Wednesday 1/2/13 vs. Washington
Friday 1/4/13 @ Boston
Saturday 1/5/13 vs. Milwaukee

If that's not enough, there are 2 IUPUI basketball games scheduled. One of them is tomorrow night vs. IPFW, while they also play Oakland University (MI) on Saturday. Also, there's a minor league hockey team called the Indiana Ice that drops the puck vs. the Chicago Steel on Sunday night & vs. Des Moines next Friday, January 4th. I don't think the Bulls & Pacers will be playing anytime soon.

I lived there in the late '90s.

Everyone wore earth tones. I was constantly asked who I rooted for: IU or Purdue. I was like "WTF I'm not from around here and I went to a directional college." The CEO of Conseco divorced his 2nd wife and married the stripper who jumped out of the cake at his son's bachelor party. What a freak.

I was hoping that Ikesouth would still post an imaginary game and would have angry things to say like cunt-fuckers or something.

 Well at least Purdue, IU, and directional colleges can agree with this:

This is how it works in Indiana. If you went to IU, you root for IU. If you went to Purdue, you root for Purdue. If you got a GED, you root for Notre Dame football and IU basketball.

It'll be carried on Comcast SportsNet & the ESPN Radio/Bulls Radio Network @ 6P. For the Pacers, it also means 3 straight games for them. Shades of last year's lockout-shortened season.
