OK, so I pushing it, but found a nice dive bar (said in the best possible way) in Nawlins, called Erin Rose and met one of the chefs who introduced me to Cam Boudreaux, who was on Chopped. Made me a Lamb Sausage Po Boy, very unique samwiches! Not your classic Po Boy, but still good.

I guess the guy cut his finger and was CHOPPED in round 1!
