While I know this is a road already traveled, I would love to hear again your sanguine thoughts on just why you have a problem with Islam...

But the poor white man's used in the hands of them all like a tool.
He's taught in his school
From the start by the rule
That the laws are with him
To protect his white skin
To keep up his hate
So he never thinks straight
'Bout the shape that he's in
But it ain't him to blame
He's only a pawn in their game.

Kwanzaa- you don't need to make up a holiday to get white people pissed off

Vonnie. Zero sacks, zero forced fumbles, zero interceptions.

Give it up, old man!

I always find The 4th of July to be a bit depressing as it signals that Summer is rapidly coming to an end.

Not if you have school age kids.

Uh. I was generally out of school first week of June and started up again right around the last week of August.

So for you fourth of July-- a date which is about 3 weeks after your school age kids start summer break, and 6-7 weeks before they end summer break-- signifies summer's end for the school kids.

What world do you live in where that makes sense?

You're taking the math too literally. It's just the way it seems to me. Prior to my daughter entering "real school", vacation was pretty much any time we wanted to do something. Now every weekend through the Summer has gained in importance.

Memorial Day to me means that baseball season is coming to a close.

Those who don't have a problem with Islam have not really thought about the ramifications of Islamic law.

Or the "hey take it easy, Eric" when they were on the phone with Eric the Midget.

We pretty much just did his act.
