The team of Ben Finfer & designated "Mully & Hanley" update guy Mark Grote are pressed into service this morning because Mac & Spiegs are BOTH sick.

The guys will have WFAN (New York)/CBS Sports' Boomer Esiason, The SCORE/Pro Football Weekly/Dial Global Radio's Hub Arkush, KFAN/Vikings Radio Network analyst Pete Bercich & Green Bay Press-Gazette Packers' beat writer Rob Demovsky to not only continue WSCR's continuing coverage of the Bears' search for a new head coach, but to also preview the NFL Wildcard Playoffs, too.

We all know Mac isn't sick. He gets those strange 12 hour illnesses all the time, where he sounds absolutely perfect the day before and the day after. These unique illnesses are clinically termed "being lazy".

If you've heard Boomer on not only with Mac & Spiegs, but on Dial Global Radio Network's coverage of "Monday Night Football", Boomer brings thoughts. Today with the team of Ben Finfer & Mark Grote, Esiason wasn't B.S.-ing.

My theory: McNeil has the blue flue and is already sick of talking Bears coaching and taking calls positive of Emery and it's only January 4th. It's been way too positive of a start of the year for him with the coaching change.
