Latest reports say Gruden isn't going anywhere and never planned on going anywhere.

I'm starting to realize how unconnected Hub really is. I don't know how good his reputation used to be - back in the day, but if he had one, that's all he's living on right now. I used to think he was just tired of talking to B&B, which is totally understandable, but his attitude and disconnect is displayed on all the shows. Maybe he's just tired of doing what he's doing.

I'm sure he'll do the Boers/Bernstein thing and say that at the time he reported it, the story was accurate, but since, things changes dramatically....or nobody will actually ask him, and he'll have more wrong inside information for us on the Bears coaching search.

I don't remember at the time of the draft but I do remember that they referred to him as "Major Suckage" when he was backing up Favre.

Wouldn't you agree that there is a certain amount of risk involved in signing a quarterback who missed a year due to major neck surgery, especially given Peyton Manning's age and the wear and tear on him? It's not like it was a guarantee that Peyton would be good. No one knew how well he would hold up this year.
