Every moment spent with Singletary is a moment taken away from the consideration of the biggest decision he has, or probably will ever make, in his professional career. Now add in essential scouting duties and house cleaning items within the organization and the imposition of a hand job interview by your superiors really does speak to the fact that things are not as Bernstein believes.

The one question I have never heard asked or answered: who is sitting in on the interviews?
