I want the Vikings ST guy as the head coach with Singletary and Trestman as coordinators. Get it done, Emery!

I'm curious why you would want Darrell Bevell. The spread option/zone read BS Seattle is running would not work here.

Like the Niners, I thought Samurai would be a decent head coach. I was wrong.

Many here thought Harbaugh would be a lousy head coach...they were wrong.

I don't see why Singletary couldn't be a good head coach. Assuming he had a good OC.

Now your just making shit up. Go ahead & find the post where I said that Harbaugh would be a lousy head coach. I have been a big fan of Jim's since Stanford hired him. I wanted the Bears to fire Lovie & hire Harbaugh 3 years ago.

Your the same guy who recently made 3 of the dumbest statements ever made on this here message board as follows.

1. Jerry Angelo was a good General Manager.
2. Rex Ryan would be your first choice to replace Lovie Smith as head coach of the Chicago Bears.
3. Phil Emery is a lousy General Manager & should be fired.

If any of the Score hosts made these comments they would get lit up like a Christmas tree. & rightly so.

Nevertheless, we all make predictions about teams. coaches & players. Sometimes were right, sometimes were wrong. No big deal. If it makes you feel better to belittle others for things that don't really matter, then have at it. I'm not going to spend the rest of the night going through your previous messages here to repost them & make ignorant comments, because that's not my style. Plus, I really don't care that much. Honestly, I have never once used the search function here. But go ahead & go through all of my posts if you want.
You gotta find the 1 post critical of Harbaugh!!!

Your obsession with me & what I post is rather odd...

You are lying. Your initial reaction to the Harbaugh idea was negative because proven winners like Brian Billick were out there waiting to be had. Google reveals that many threads on this have since gone down the memory hole.

I didn't say that. I was going to John Kirk Rule this but just because I figured it would be more fun to show everyone how full of shit you are when it comes to these things, here's my exact quote:

This sounds positively goofy but if he wants out I'd take Rex Ryan. Amongst coordinators I'd have to think for a while. None of the names really amaze me but I could be missing one.

All true. Nevertheless, I'm always amazed at how consistently awful your judgment is on all things football. It is genuinely spooky. It's like a guy who picks 20% winners against the spread. You couldn't try to be wrong so often.

But it's not just that. It's the brazen dishonesty of it all, both moral and intellectual. The moral part is obvious; as demonstrated above, you'll lie, misquote, twist around words, etc. (there's a reason the John Kirk Rule is called what it is). But there's the intellectual dishonesty as well. You'll go on and on about the UNACCEPTABILITY of one playoff appearance in six years or only three playoff wins in nine seasons and then, with no sense of self-awareness, pimp for Mike Shanahan. Two and two are sitting right there and you come up with 17.

Has Emery even approached a former Head Coach (Samurai doesn't count)? It might say more about Emery's ego that he has not. He wants to discover the hidden jewel. It might work out. It would be funny if after all this he just hired Dave Toub.

No. Probably a poor sports thought and just shooting the shit which Emery has been doing thus far in his search. But the Bears D is win-now mode and Emery seems to be dead set on basing his hire off fixing Cutler. Why no feelers for Mike Holmgren?

It is spooky to me that you can remember posts of mine from 3-4 years ago, & that you spend so much time being concerned about what I say. That's just weird. I picture a brick wall in your basement with all of my CSFMB posts on it, with your notes written in crayon or lipstick.

I disagree with many of your football thoughts, but its not my style to go after people here & rag on them. To each his own. But I'm gonna bend this rule a little bit & make an exception right now...

Your thought that Jerry Angelo was a good GM completely kills your football credibility, & is laughable...but I gotta hand it to you for having the balls to admit that you think he was a good GM. He had one of the worst 5 year stretches that a professional sports team GM has ever had.

Did you really compare Shannys coaching career to Lovies? Please. That's almost as stupid as your Jerry Angelo love.

Enjoy searching for more of my posts! I don't want to get into that handbasket.

So why in the hell do the Bears or any professional team for that matter, announce every candidate who they plan on interviewing for an open position? Are they required by the league to publicly announce who they are interviewing? It seems to me that a better approach would be to simply announce that a search has begun, & when a candidate is hired an announcement will be made.
Why do the daily dick dance about the various candidates?

Shannahan had the best QB ever and a running back who had one of the best stretches in NFL history at the time, along with a killer Oline. He rode that to two Super Bowl titles. Good for him. Lovie probably would have done the same if he had an Elwayesque QB for a few years.

IB is pretty much spot on, and you continue to be totally full of shit. You were right on Harbaugh and you constantly fucking remind us of it. So IB and the rest of us will constantly remind you how completely and totally stupid 95% of your other sports posts are.

I wouldn't want to take that job because I would end up throwing a football helmet at morons like Scorehead. Too much hassle in the lawsuits that would follow.
