That may be true, but a Yale graduate and daughter of a national news anchor, playing a spoiled rich girl on television among fellow entitled daughters, named Allison Williams, I mean, that's weapons-grade WASP.

I went home for lunch and watched the first 20 minutes of episode 2. Probably not
the best show for most guys but I am not finding it as horrible as some are making
it out to me. Maybe it will get worse later on in the episode. It isn't their best show
but it doesn't bother me all that much and still find the dialogue pretty funny at times.
I don't take the characters all that serious because I don't know anyone like that.

You should know this after actually being on one of the worst reality shows of all time... and
that is really saying something after most of the crap they put on TV.

How do you I know you're gay?

You openly admit watching Girls AND Love Cruise.

How did Love Cruise end? I stopped watching when the obnoxious Joo lawyer got the boot.

Remember all those whiny girls who thought they were incredibly important but also insecure? They created a show about them on HBO and called it Girls. How awesome. By the way, there is a common theme of how pretty much all men are inadequate as a bonus.

Hopefully I can convince my wife this show isn't very good otherwise it looks like this is one of those shows I have to get through to justify 6 months of watching football and then 3 months of basketball.

My girlfriends watched every episode of this and loves it. I've seen bits and pieces of the first 6-7 episodes and most of the last few episodes and it just seems like a goofy show sort of. There's seems to be like 10% entertaining scenes, 20% what the hell is going on? scenes, and 70% the main character just being a selfish, neurotic mess scenes. And of course the guy gets hit by a fucking bus at the end of the climactic argument.

The wife and I just started watching this a couple days ago. FF is pretty much spot on. We're through the first 4 episodes so far.

That being said, the show is o.k. at best.

Bumping this for the likely few that watch this or are forced to endure it due to a significant other. Season 2
premiere was last night. Kinda more of the same shit but things could end up getting interesting this season.
The best looking one in the show Marnie took her shirt off but kept completely covered up which I knew she
would. She has stated she won't be getting naked on the show. Still interesting she let the bisexual new
roommate start to have sex with her. I am not sure why Lena Dunham likes to be on camera naked so much,
she should just stop or use a camera angle that doesn't show all of her nakedness. We know what you are
doing.

Surprisingly this picked up a couple of Golden Globes last night. I didn't think it was better than some of the
other comedies on TV today including Parks and Recreation. She won for best comedic actress which also
seemed a bit of a travesty.

Big shoutout to Wilmette's very own Kristine Flaherty who landed a cut on last night's episode.

Yeah, congratulations, girl from Wilmette, on your appearance on a show about rich people's kids.

The way the boyfriend talks on the show reminds me on Andrew Luck.

I don't remember him having a broken leg. The boyfriend of the main character.

This show won Best Comedy at the Golden Globes. Shows have been cancelled in the past year that are funnier than this show.

He broke his leg after getting hit by the truck in the season 1 finale. Yes, you are kinda right on the
voice inflection and sometimes awkward pauses. He plays a good weirdo on the show.

Can't argue with you there. I don't find the show to be very funny at all but I will admit the dialogue is
at least original. On a weekly basis I usually find Parks and Rec to be among the better comedies.

We did get a little "side Hogan" when she removed the dress.

The wife and I tried to like this show, we really did.....

But it's some kind of bad. Unfunny, boring and I want to see all the characters get eaten alive by a pack of wild zombies.

We gave it 2 episodes and that was that.

Indeed. Don't think I wasn't waiting for a slip-up but the editing team did their job. It was just so awkward
to see her hold that covered up pose in so many different shots. No woman I have ever slept with was ever
that awkward about her chest. I understood why it was done but just looked weird.

Never seen the show. But have read a couple of articles about it where they refer to the star as having an average/normal body in reference to her nudity. Well, the photo I saw of her, she looked fucking hideous, not "normal" at all. Way way below normal. Anyway. That is all I have regarding this show.

She isn't hideous, but she has a very oddly shaped body.

It's very rare when someone fantasizes about what it would be like to have less money and a worse life. That's why we need this show.

Yeah, I would kind of equate her to what an "average" American woman probably is close to.
I don't feel the need to look away when she strips down or anything, I just find it interesting that
she flaunts it. Self confidence I guess. I dunno.
