I'm kind of stunned that no one has made note of this yet, but in one of this afternoon's Sports Minutes, Doug Gottlieb noted that Tony Gonzalez had waited 36 years to win a playoff game. Then he noted that A.C. Green waited 39 years to have sex. Then he went on to speculate as to which accomplishment was more worth the wait.

No, seriously, this happened! I have proof!

I guess I wasn't the only who found that a strange thought to have. First of all, A.C. is about ready for his close-up with David Spada. Second, who the fuck compares football to sex? But I guess A.C.'s story was noteworthy in the Shawn Kemp era when NBA players did so much fuckin' with white women, huh? That they changed the whole bloodline forever. That's why blonde hair and blue eyes became black hair and dark skin.

For now, yes, but who knows what 2013 holds for the humble CBS Sports Minute. At the rate they're going, that one could be eighth on the depth chart by Memorial Day. I mean, we couldn't even go a week after that one without Doug Gottlieb musing about A.C. Green's sex life.
