I agree Mike. Rushed legislation is never good.

HERE'S THE SCENARIO!!!!!!

You go into work on a tuesday and find a ransom note on your computer. Kid Cairo and Laurence Holmes have been taken hostage by a gang of roving insane Samoan fat women. The ONLY thing they want, is for you to forcibally have sex with a chicken in front of them. What do you do?

I'm thinking that any sex with a chicken would be forcible.

The only time the Patriot Act would come into play against me would be in the worst case scenario too. I have yet to have anything negative happen to me because of it. In reality, I am probably safer because of it so far.

I don't think I've witnessed a 1-2 sequence of a truer statement immediately followed by a more myopically foolish statement on this board.

If you own assault riffles or 50 round magazines then you will still get to keep them. Nothing I read says they will take any of them away. Nothing I've read says anyone is proposing taking guns you currently own away. Considering there are more guns than people in America everyone should feel safe.

You have a year to sell them out of state.

I must have missed that. While I'm all for restricting new gun sales I'm opposed to forcing someone to get rid of something they already legally own.

I dont know weaponary and thought it might be out of place due to recent events, but thank you very much.

Never noticed the "punch" thing

Yeah, in all the episodes I've watched, Mack seemed to use the word "punch" quite a few times.

Now I want to watch some FutureWeapons.

These America haters want to wipe out rural America and the deep south because we love God and our guns. We are prepared this time. I have been telling my boys this day would come, and they are also prepared. #Truth

Hmm, I have never, ever heard automatic weapons, or any gun for that matter (though absolutely no one has ever said that ALL guns should be banned or "taken away") referred to as "peaceful defenses" before.

Could you expand on that one for me?
