IMU, Schedule I drugs are supposed to be drugs that have been 100% proven to have no medical value whatsoever. Marijuana has proven to have some medical value, the only thing that's still disputed is how much. It's classification as Schedule I doesn't make any sense to anyone who actually looks into it for 5 minutes. I'd like to see if you could make a case for it being Schedule I outside of "The government says it is, and they would never lie to me."

He was downloading a ton of shit. He received a letter from a company that makes or distributes (not sure which) XXX movies, claiming that they traced his IP address back, and that he downloaded one particular feature, which he did, and that they know he was downloading more, but they haven't said specifically what. I would imagine that they hold that info back until you decide to fight it. He has until a certain date to settle or officially deny it and fight it, or they will request his information from his internet provider.
