Has anyone tried that? Like many of Bernstein's food suggestions it sounds absolutely disgusting.

Eggs that you eat are from chickens are not bred. There are no embryos in the eggs that anyone eats.

It's not menstruation either because a bird does not have a uterus. It's not very similar to human eggs either because a chicken's eggs are very large in comparison.
