The guys are talking about this bizarre story in which former Raider Tim Brown accused former HC Bill Callahan of throwing the silver & black's loss to the Buccaneers in the Super Bowl. It's bizarre, considering it was 10 years ago...

I'm also enjoying the Jim Rome Sports Minutes. That's how it's done.

Caller: "NFL still holding down brothers." Gotta love these brilliant callers, especially the tremendous amount of thought they put into their calls. I also didn't realize it was such a crime to fire Lovie Smith. I've never seen a coach thought of so highly who had one playoff season in six years. Chicago does love mediocrity apparently.

Ahh the ubiquitous gym regimen talk that follows after professional sports injury talk. I do so love that. Crack fix for the day: completed.

Rack 'em.

Seriously, how many times do we gotta hear doctor beerstine regale us about THE PEOPLE'S KNEE INJURY™®© in relation to professional sports injuries/rehabs.

Yeah, Dan has a body that makes Adonis cry and his rec league games were the stuff of legend and lore, but still, #comeonson on twitter; there's a big difference between guys who armor up once a week to play casually and professional athletes whose bodies are million dollar businesses in and of themselves.

That and, duh, the extra muscle in their legs that makes them superior in every sport except hockey. Duh. That muscle is hockey's veritable Alameda blvd in terms of hockey race relations.

BTW I'm sure I prolly fucked up the big street in LA that traditionally was the border between "their" neighborhoods and all of the good old fashioned god fearing freedom loving apple pies and Chevrolet Americans. Shomer shabbos! * pounds table *

I approve of every word of this post.

I can't stomach to listen to anything involving Larry's voice, but do I get credit for originally calling out his "Uncle Teary" way of speaking? I think I do, and I want some damn credit!
