we have some ideas...going to be very crock potty this year. last year we threw away over half of what we purchased. so, that's not going to happen this year. probably do a version of the snack stadium again too, but not nearly as ridiculous.

2 packages of Vienna Beef or Kosher hot dogs (cut into 4 pieces each)
1 bottle of chili sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar

Cook in a saucepan on low heat, or in a crock pot.

Gonna grill (charcoal) burgers/brats/dogs. Plenty of beer while grilling.

Pulled chicken sandwiches from the crock pot

Homemade fried zucchini and cheese sticks, courtesy of the wife

All while listening to the stylings of Canada's finest export Brian Adams.

Gonna grill italian sausage, maybe get some sushi, get a veggie platter, maybe another random dip, some smoked shrimp from Calumet Fisheries.
