This is a new joint on Randolph near Green in the same space where Red Light used to be at. The restaurant is owned by Stephanie Izard of the Top Chef fame. She actually did hands on work at the kitchen when we went there for breakfast.

Ordered:
- Waffles with peanut butter butter
- Corn beef hash

The waffles were somewhat unorthodox, if you are expecting the diner-style industrial bisquick based product. They were more on a savory/rustic side, shaped as two large rectangles. The peanut butter butter concept was outstanding.

Corn beef hash was made with corn beef made in house daily. I'm used to corn beef hash to be this high in salt and grease mess. This was different: very clean corn beef flavor with preserved texture of the beef interrupted by shreds of potatoes. Beef to potato ratio was also very appealing. She tops it off with fried eggs.

If you are anything over 5 foot 8, get a booth. Chairs are too low, I felt like I was squatting the whole time.
