Tank had a BAL of .072. Below the legal limit. Does that change anybody's opinion on this?
Personally, I still think the Bears made the right decision, but now other teams will be able to justify picking him up.

It doesn't change my opinion. Why he would even put himself in that position when he was told the consequences of doing anything stupid ? He got what he deserved.

It doesn't change anything. Tank had at least 7 or 8 Beers to reach that level for his size.

He's boozing it up and driving at 3 am. This from the guy who said his life changed after seeing his friend die, going to jail, and being suspended by the NFL.

He doesn't care.

No change. He was in trouble a day after mini camp was over and probably thought there was a good chance that he was over the limit. He told the Bears that and they said thanks but enough is enough.

I'm pretty sure this means Tommie Harris has healed well too, so that's good news.

looks like his refusal of the breathalyzer saved him from getting a DUI. this is EXACTLY why people say to refuse the blow test, because they have to take you in to get a blood test and it takes much longer- and in tanks case just long enough for his body to metabolize a bit.
