You're paid in love. And poop.

And Seacrest, a gloating stay at home Mom has little or nothing to do with collecting a paycheck for your job.

I know Mom's work. I see it all the time in person and on Facebook. I'm not knocking that. I just don't see the reason to post about such things as cleaning the windows, making lunch, and ordering new drapes-- sometimes in a bragadocious way-- several times a week.

Francis,

A gloating stay at home mom doesn't get a paycheck. A mom who works outside, as well as inside the home, won't normally receive a paycheck for the work done at home.

Calling a woman braggadocious about seeking affirmation on Facebook for something she is not feeling appreciated for at home, is an odd response.

I'm glad you have women and the whole marriage thing figured out already. Carry on.

Seacrest, its not just Frank.

Are you on facebook?

These are posted at a nauseating high level and many times by women who really have no business calling themselves a parent, much less a good one

Never said this. Never implied it. Don't twist my words around to try and proove your own point.

BTW, same woman posted about how she "needs some wine tonight"

As little as possible.

But when I'm on Facebook, no one is chaining me to a chair forcing me to read anything.

Women are on Facebook doing this stuff for a reason. I'm guessing, the women who feel loved and appreciated aren't usually the ones doing this. That can be a valuable lesson to someone that is getting married soon.

To guys like Free Ajent, it's entirely something else.

Who cares? It's not the world's job to give people credit for doing things they signed up to do. Yes, being a parent is hard. It's not any harder than what most adults do during the day.

The whole point is that people are overrating just how amazing they are when in reality they are doing something that a majority people do without pretending like they are doing 24 hour shifts in a mine shaft.

***Please note this person is also 8 months pregnant. I just don't know where to begin finding the perceived grievance.

Opinions welcome: I was told to go to a cardiologist. I got two referrals but turned away twice because they were not general practitioner referrals. I finally got a GP referral and made an appointment for this Friday. I just got a phone call to switch my appointment to today. If you were a new patient that went through this and hasn't been in yet, would you feel that this is poor etiquette?

I would respond: "Yes, it is poor etiquette to post this tripe on Facebook".

mm hmm.

I love when a simple comment like "Getting ready for the Bears game!" is met with a "I'm about to take my kid to the zoo. Because my kids always come first."

You should reply: "No, my kids come first, you stupid bitch. Now come pick them up & take them to the zoo." #Truth

I really didn't know where else to put this. Obviously not a douchebag to the nurse but who the hell
does this? I used to be ultra careful with the snowblower and mower, going as far as taking out the
plug and using a broomhandle first before putting a major appendage in there.

Does that excuse him if the snowblower was already running?

Not a real beer but it will work for now

Image

About 15 guys from my old unit are in Kandahar, Afghanistan right now, and apparently a few of them are enjoying an ice cold NA beer. I would definitely like to go back down to Ft Polk to share a real beer with them when they return later this summer.

There is NOTHING that pisses off a woman faster than taking a nap

You could work, in a quarry breaking rocks for 72 hours straight and if you snuck in a nap before dinner, you'd get that same type of comment.

Thing is, I know what this guy does. He works for a sign company. Occasionally, they will buy some stuff from us and I happen to know that they are doing a big project for a hospital in the far south burbs redoing a bunch of parking lot and sign lighting. Its not easy work, and its outside for 10+ hours a day....

I know the PGA is dealing with issues of slow play, but that would be ridiculous.
