Terry's "two favorite words", Laurence Holmes, follows @ 6P with yet another "full boat show". Joe Ostrowski, usually the EP of the Holmes show, has the latenight SCORE @ 10P. Joe will be followed by "SCORE Overnight" with Les Grobstein & Adam Harris @ Midnight, complete with "Bum of the Week".

Who is this Adam Harris that is teaming up with the Grobber?

Is Scott related to Reggie and Cheryl and Jon?

As Hawk Harrelson might say...No.

That full boat should've been tugboated to Mobile, Alabama a heluva long time ago, then sunk into the sea.

Don, that's what "Mr. Multimedia" calls his nighttime show when it's 4 hours long.

Wait .... I have the stream on but was too busy booking a match for next year's WrestleMania .... did Dan use that precise phrase - 'nobody is talking about .....'?

The whiplash Scott Miller had after Terry first asking if unlike Mantle, Mike Trout was sober, then Dan quickly following up with a "your thoughts on the Sox" was awesome.

Not exact, no. Something about how the White Sox are a major market team, but they don't get the attention of a major market team, and they don't get the attendance of a major market team, but they were in first place all year, and numbers, and so on.

More and more the guests are not following B&B or taking their stuff. The combine guy was telling Dan we don't agree because Dan goes on and on about something and says "but".

They may technically be a major market team, CH, but the White Sox treat themselves as if they're the Royals, Brewers, Twins or one of the other true smaller market teams. The ONLY true move the Sox made was the FA signing of 3B/2B Jeff Keppinger in the offseason, but lost the likes of 3B Kevin Youkilis to the Yankees, C Anthony John Pierzynski to the Rangers & P Brett Myers, I believe to the division rival Indians.

Except for they generally spend about $30 to $40 million more than the Royals do. Derp.

EDIT: lol the Sox had $127 million on the books in 2011 compared to the Royals' $36 million. This is the best myth since the one about how the seasons were determined by Hades seizing Persephone because of the pomegranate seeds she ate.

EDIT 2: lol post/av combo

The Sox are a major market team when it suits them, like when Reinsdorf is swinging his dick around and refusing to let Cuban buy a team or kicking Moorad out of baseball. They are a major market team when they are charging premium prices for scout seats and 9 bucks for a beer. They are a small market team when they are explaining why they can't re-sign Mark Buehrle or pay for more than one decent outfielder at a time.

"We are whatever we say we are till we're not," no wonder Dan and Terry love the Sox so much!

Uncle Jerry wasn't the only owner to thumb his nose at Mark Cuban's efforts to buy an MLB team. MLB "Commissioner" Allan H. "Bud" Selig and other owners want no part of Cuban owning a franchise either.

Selig is Reinsdorf's puppet and he's not your goddamn uncle.

*My apologies if he actually is your uncle

I don't believe that's true, SHARK. Jerry was the driving force that kept Cuban out. Selig is in Jerry's pocket and he can't get out.

CH, the common perception is that Reinsdorf & Selig are hand in hand and that Jerry has as much power, if not more than Bud Bud...

SHARK I believe the proper analogy is not so much hand in hand as balls in mouth as far as Jerry and Bud's relationship.

If the Bears do draft him, there are going to be some wild times in Bourbonnais with Manti, Larry, and Zach.

BOTH of ESPN's NFL Draft "experts", Mel Kiper, Jr. & Todd McShay still have Manti Te'o on their Top 20, even before today's disappointing Combine time.
