BRick, what you are missing is that I am now around a computer all morning, so I can post all morning versus before when I was replacing tankless water heaters! So the post frequency is up and thus pointing out those who understand less than I do will be more frequent, it's a simple matter of more At bats now, getting more hits.

tankless water heaters in a cold climate?
maybe if there's only 1 person living in the unit, otherwise, fuggetaboutit.

I have told IMU you to contact you about tankless water heaters, I think you guys will work very well together on this project. You are well versed in the topic and IMU needs some help, not sure why you think this is a shot at you?

Tankless heaters really aren't great. I asked 6 plumbers at work. 6 of them like them because they get more work with them being maintained and replaced. 6 wouldn't buy one.

Personally, when I get a tankless maintenance I want to shoot myself in the forehead.

Why is it Yelling? Because I called him out for not knowing any of the players names on either team in the IU v MSU game? And when he finally figured out who the best player on the court was and he couldn't pronounce his last name, he called him Victor all night. "See Victor passes to the forward, back to the point guard and then back to Victor."

Magic is a total idiot. He was a great basketball player and he was smart enough to do nothing but listen to other people. He is a really nice guy and people gravitate to him, but thats where it ends. Someone else was smart enough to turn this into million for Magic.

Do think he started Magic shopping centers? Hello no. Some Jewish guys did the whole deal, gave Magic some % and he is part of the deal. Same group is who bought the Dodgers.
