Carm and Jurko are next.

Boers:

Bernstein:

Carm:

Jurko:

That's really the truth of it. You can't finish 17th in the male demo with a sports show. Not when B&B are number one. Granted, Harry's DUI/Marijuana arrest were a part of it. I think ESPN 1000 people do have a heart. Harry can survive. His old man has to be in his 80s and worth millions to Harry when he kicks. Carm is newly married with a kid. Jurko just had a horrible tragedy in his life. It would be cruel to fire him right now. So they'll give these guys another year or so to at least crack the top 10.

Did Mitch have a decent relationship with Harry when Mitch was at ESPN 1000? Because you know Harry has already made a phone call to Mitch. How pissed would the Score backups be if they brought Harry on board. Even in a limited capacity. Could you imagine?

Harry: Hi drinky, Harry here, how are you?

Drinky: (Delivers a vicious right hook knocking Harry on his ass)

Harry:

People say Mac hates Harry but I remember him writing stuff here how he actually got along with him better than what people thought. That he actually liked him. I wonder if Mac would make Mitch bring him in. Mac can get that done if he wanted to get it done.

If the Score hired Harry, it would remind me a bit of when the Loop brought in Chicago Eddie Schwarz after he get let go by WGN - kind of a "throw him in there and lets see what happens" scenario.

Really? The old man did that well, huh? Doesn't he have to split it with brothers and sisters, though?

Everyone talks about Harry's dad. After years I'm finally curious enough to ask who the fuck was he?

Pretty sure real estate. I think he made his fortune in the 70s and 80s. I remember reading something about him somewhere. I forget his name otherwise I could google it again.

He was friends with Reinsdorf. Uncle Jerry made his fortune in real estate too.

Here you go...

Phil Teinowitz ... Born: Chicago, Ill., where he currently resides ... Family: wife Donna; sons Harry, Danny, William, Matthew; daughter Nancy ...

Principal business: an attorney and real estate developer, Teinowitz has headed companies such as Fleetwood Realty Corporation that have constructed major projects in Chicago, including the 110-story Sears Tower ... In the early 1990s, Fleetwood's two partners passed away and Phil dissolved the company and retired. A graduate of Chicago's Marshall High School, Teinowitz spent two years in the U.S. Navy, attended the University of Illinois, then earned a degree at John Marshall Law School in Chicago ... Teinowitz was a friend and ally of the late Richard J. Daley, the longtime mayor whose son now is Chicago's mayor ... Early in his career, Teinowitz made a promise to himself "that if I ever made any money, I was going to buy a horse." ... Raced his first horse, Fads 'n Frills, in the early 1960s ... Best horses: raced Cryptoclearance, multiple grade I winner with earnings of $3.4 million and the fifth-place finisher in three consecutive Breeders' Cup Classics, from 1987-89 ... Teinowitz retains full ownership of Cryptoclearance, who now stands at stud at Margaux Farm in Kentucky and is the sire of Belmont Stakes winner Victory Gallop ... Alone or in partnerships, raced at least 18 stakes winners, including homebreds Pinpoint Control and Gender Gap, along with Tactical Advantage, Adversarial, Lustra, and Flag Officer.

20 million plus divided by 4 kids. Harry is over 50, right? So he could live off the inheritance if he invests wisely and conservatively. Based on the way Harry has lived, he's only got 20 years left, tops.

You familiar with that little building that used to be known as the Sears Tower?

 So I would have been correct in assuming that Teinowitz was not Harry's professional stage name?

Where are you getting $20 million? I bet he has cleared close to that on horses alone. It's not like he just developed Sears Tower (a pretty big feat in itself) and just walked away. There are several towers in the loop made by Mr. Tiny...and Reinsdorf was his attorney at a small but emerging firm he helped to found.

Somebody here said 20 million.

What are you estimating, Good Dolphin? 100 million plus? 200 million plus?

Yes. Real money.

That bio says he made $3.45 million off of one horse. It also said he owns cryptoclearance, who I bet is high six figures per load.
