Frank's completely irrational hate of Tom Skilling and his obsessive and frankly unhealthy drive to drive to discredit him is a carbon copy of BIGFAN's feelings for Uncle Jerry.

Once again, the National Weather Service right now has a winter storm warning that is right in line with what Skilling said.

Frank probably also thinks Skilling is wrong when he says tornadoes are likely and his town doesn't get hit by a tornado.
