my favorite time of year on this board...the crack of a Frank-Bigfan thread...the smell of a Steve breakdown prediction...the look of childlike wonderment in the eyes of a Cubs fan as he sees a prospect whose ETA coincides with the return of Haley's Comet.

I'll take back my statement. I would kind of like to see Cowley shake his cage again as his focus has almost no impact on the Sox now.

KW is going to hate this job as it has no glory. He will be looking for a GM position by next year. I think JR hoped it would happen this way as he didn't have to fire him.

I love the uneasy confidence every Spring where White Sox fans reeaaallly kind of believe that just the right moves have been made to make the difference until it all comes crashing down later. It's fun.
