You can fully enjoy this season and "the Streak" even if the Hawks don't raise the Stanley Cup. If the Hawks don't win it this year I would be very sad but would also fondly remember this season and how absolutely incredible it was (is). Every game is just so much fun to watch and the Red Wings game was just fucking awesome!

Dan Bernstein in a nutshell is a miserable piece of shit. His sole purpose is to make every sport about statistics and to remove all emotions because those are for the criminally stupid. Every story Dan writes must start by him looking through dictionary or a thesaurus to find polysyllabic words most people don't use in normal conversation. Dan wants to seem so fucking brilliant so his opinions carry some sort of gravity.

I've been on a radio show before, talking about a softball league I run. I took 7 calls in that hour. All of them asked me how (or the host how) we were doing. It got REALLY annoying. I'm acting based on that. I'm not taking into assumption either Dan or Terry's personality or preference.

I dont think I have ever heard him express this sentiment on air or treat a caller as callously as B&B do for asking him that, and I listen to his show 10x more than B&B. Maybe he's just aware enough to realize how poorly that comes off.

I'd podcast it. If someone announces their intentions on the board about heroically calling in to BernSTINE and attempting to set him straight I would be remiss to say that I wouldn't be intrigued.

I'm not sure why you would resort to childish name calling in response to such a simple request.
