if youre a boss and you cant judge peoples character then you suck at being a boss and you deserved to be fired or go under if its your company.

im so sick of paperwork proving everything. as if nobody can talk to someone and figure anything out. people arent fucking robots, and even if you get a guy who doesnt do drugs he might start just because his boss is a thickheaded dumbass.

this is so true these days. its not a joke at all, this is the mentality of this generation of bosses. it happed in less then 10 years too... i remember back in 03 bosses were dying for good help, and the workers had lots of pull. we were treated like humans, and paid a living wage.

a decade later, wages have gone DOWN, and our experience means a fraction what it used to. everyone is replaceable, no matter how long you have proven your worth.

its disgusting, especially after i see so many boss/employee combinations that failed. all that time put in for nothing... lost profits... but they dont care, because they think everyone is the same so they think there is nothing they can do about it. everyone is just an idiot and there is no good help out there
