I think the lyric is actually "You know he knows just exactly what the fax is". You know, the fax he gets from the old El Paso police department informing him of the likelihood that two fugitives are on their way to his town.

The imagery created by "suckin' on a chili dog" is by itself enough to land it in the category of worst song lyric of all time.

If I'm not mistaken, Hub Arkush is a big Who fan. The show before this one has "Hub-stitute" for The Who's late '60s classic rocker "Substitute" & recently poked fun at Elvis Costello. Instead of Costello's "Pump It Up", Mac & Spiegs played "Hub Is Up" in the Noon hour today.
