All four. Very nice.

Glad I could help.

Both very good. A few of my favorites from each would have to be:

Billy Joel -- Goodnight Saigon
Elton John -- Burn Down The Mission

I like Billy Joel.

Any Top 10 List should probably have Miami 2017 in it.

hear hear! Outkast rebounded nicely after that god-awful debut album where they rapped their asses off about * yawns * "the struggle." who the fuck likes southernplayaisticadillacmuzic? the self-titled cut has that cliche 808 bass and whatnot.... HOW ORIGINAL GUYS. and on top of that these guys are going a mile a minute about being southern hustlers and drug dealers and stuff.... keep it. i'm so glad that they finally GOT THE MESSAGE and growed up to make timeless masterpieces like Roses and The Rooster.

Dre3k eventually graduated from the fake-music/nuts-talking academy and gave us "Hey Ya" which obvously is the greatest Outkast song of all-time. All those people who use the phrase "ain't no thing but a chickenwing" are hopelessly caught up in "the struggle" and need to wake up and sell records like HEY YA did.

/me turns off "crumblin 'erb" and shivers and shakes, detoxing from this shitty shitty song. jesus wtf is wrong with these guys? i'm so glad that they got the memo rapping about their so-called struggle never got them anywhere and never gave them any "street cred" which allowed them to go out and venture with sonic experiments that would eventually bear fruit (ha) like Hey Ya. It's a stain on an otherwise impressive rap career, although that Throw Your Hands in the Aye-rrrr track is pretty bad too.

Also, Billy Joel has a pretty good song with that Piano Man ditty. I don't know any other songs by the guy so I could just list that as #1-10 and you'd have my list.

sinicalypse: ON TOPIC SINCE 2013!!!!!1

Don't care, I love that 808 sound. The first ten seconds of that track are like the sound of 1993 distilled into one four-bar phrase.

Not an 808 fan. I like samples and warmer sounding instruments.

Samples are fine too, but the 808 just captures a time and place that samples can't, I guess.

I think I know about 3 or 4 Billy Joel songs.

He's alright, I suppose...

This is the correct evaluation of Billy Joel. "I know a few of his songs and I guess they're okay."

I'm willing to bet you know more and maybe don't realize it is Billy Joel. Dude has a million singles.

I hear you. When I say "know" that's exactly what I mean. The song comes on and I'm like"Ah. That's Billy Joel. Meh..." I'm quite sure I've been in a department store or somewhere like that and a song of his came on and I didn't notice.

I'm not discounting his talent. I realize it takes a lot of skill to write songs, compose music and sing. I've just never really gotten into him, I guess.
