I will absolutely do it if you get the videos up somewhere but DDP might be pissed if you just broadcast it on youtube.

Just did the intro workout. Basically just walks you through the 13 core moves of the program. Some good stuff and after 35 min of slow paced learning I feel pretty good about it. Then did the 10 min "Wake Up" routine which covers a bunch of stretching and I feel like I got a really nice balanced workout in. I'm not going to go run a marathon or a kickboxing class anytime soon but I am happy with my first impressions of it. I can see how this works for people. A big part of it is diet and he goes on at length about organic foods, but any sensible diet with calorie counting and portion control can yield excellent results as well I am sure.

I'm suspicious of any recovery done before a camera. No worse than a wrestling angle, I know, but

Anyway, if it does the guy any good, I'm happy. I don't think anything can be done with Louie...

As a recovering Hall, I really am pulling for him. I really couldn't see Hall living another month without this intervention. We can quibble on DDP's place in history, but I think we can all agree he's one of the good guys in an industry full of shitty one's.

- Diamond Dallas Page's Indiegogo project to raise $80,000 for pay for Scott Hall's hip replacement surgery, physical therapy, dental work, and his continuing medical expenses has reached its goal. The project raised the full $80,000 with twenty-one days to go; it is part of Page's effort to get Hall clean and attaining a level of health after Hall moved into his "Accountability House" similar to how Jake Roberts did.

Check out the link and the perks to the right of the page on what you'll get if you contribute certain dollar amounts:

If he raises any more, he can use that to fund a Ready to Rumble sequel.

Former WWE star Scott Hall's goal of raising $80,000 to help with medical costs for hip replacement surgery was reached on Sunday. The goal was reached with three weeks remaining in the fundraising campaign, and additional contributions are still welcome. Learn more about the fundraising effort and view a message from Hall at Indiegogo.com/projects/we-can-rebuild-him.

Powell's POV: It's great that pro wrestling fans have stepped up and helped out Hall and Jake Roberts with fundraising efforts. Dallas Page and his team will be managing the money as both men continue to work with them while on the road to recovery. As of a moment ago, the donations were over $84,000.

No. He fucked himself up pretty good. Better is about the best he's gonna get. And that's just fine...

DDP and Jake are going to be at C2E2 this weekend. Should I give the board a plug and tell them to check in over here?

I'll look for Virgil too. He has been there the last two years I have gone.

Let DDP know I'm starting a board challenge in the coming weeks with DDPYoga. I'm sure he'll ask for my digits.

Ask DDP if he remembers a young Hank cheering for him at the Hammond Civic center after he dropped Raven with the Diamond Cutter.
