During the halftime back and forth of the Wisconsin vs Ohio State game on Sunday (3-17) this fucker was being a totally moron, prick, douche, arrogant bastard.

Greg Anthony leads off with his stuff, picking the 4 he thinks should be #1 seeds and then all of a sudden Doug Gottlieb interjects by talking over Greg, raising his voice at him and attacking him....which was a total fail because he went after Greg by saying (paraphrasing) "Well, uh, who is your 4th team, HUH? Who would it be!?!?" and Greg just says, "Uh, well, I gave you my 4 picks, so, well, that's 4...." And then Seth Davis starts to talk and Dough cuts him off, starting quasi-shouting and going after Seth Davis, he wouldn't stop talking over Seth....it was pretty low class, stupid and the hosts, including Greg Gumble who Doug was talked over as well, were visibly and obviously annoyed at Doug for being a douche. It wasn't like what he was saying was super high caliber stuff, either. This was worse than the cupcake crap. Who the fuck is this moron? Is he the appointed "Edgy" guy that "knows no boundaries" and has all the "cutting edge sports thoughts" and isn't afraid to speak his mind? I say he's a douche and a moron, a deadly combo. He was even asking the "edgy" and "cutting edge" questions to the coaches they had on after the game.

Whatever, he sucks.

Did anyone else see this? This isn't the first time he has been a total douche and a fucking loudmouth idiot prick.

he's addressed it on the air before. years ago, like '06 or something...there was some similar story that had broken and he was brought in to talk about it in relation to what he did at ND. he's been ESPN's college basketball go-to guy for at least 8 years now i think.

i've never really had a problem with his college basketball thoughts but when he's been brought on to replace radio hosts and talks about other sports he sounds like another sportscenter clone.

I kind of agree on Bilas but let us keep this Thread of Justified Hate focused squarely on Doug Gottlieb.

Guys like Jay Bilas show that they have no clue, when they whine about the conferences splitting and reshuffling, and tradition being lost. This is happening because of the money thrown at the conferences by networks for TV rights. ESPN is the biggest offender.

I don't know anything about Bilas as a person but I have always respected his basketball thoughts. Now when he wants to put on his lawyer cap, he can keep that. Other than that I don't care for any of the others. Just a loud mouth, talk over each other jack asses.
