Dude, have fun with it. It is a pain in the ass and clean up does suck, but it is fun to have people at your house and watching their enjoyment. The scavenger hunt for the Easter baskets or whatelse will be a huge hit with the kids.

Here is the move: you are supplying the location. Involve everyone else who is coming in the food preparation. One family brings the dessert, another family brings vegetables and salad, another one brings potatoes, you go out and buy a ham. Presto. The only thing you have to do is throw the ham in the oven and put doilies on the seats in your hovel to make sure no one sticks.

Now im going back and forth between cooking a ham and just buying one already cooked and sliced.

Cooking one is pretty easy, about 10 minutes for every pound at about 325.
