A brunch must have:

Spray muffin pans (I use disposable  ) with Pam
Circle a piece of pre-cooked bacon or piece of semi-cooked in the pan bacon (guess what I use? ) in each cup
Break one egg in the center of each cup
Sprinkle (pour  ) shredded cheese on top

Bake at 350 for about 12 - 15 minutes until toothpick comes out dry from center

The egg bakes around the bacon like a hard boiled egg, the cheese...drool!
These are perfect to cook the night before and reheat the next morning.

I'm gonna have to give this a go.

Dude, have fun with it. It is a pain in the ass and clean up does suck, but it is fun to have people at your house and watching their enjoyment. The scavenger hunt for the Easter baskets or whatelse will be a huge hit with the kids.

First of all, I'd like to know what in the holy Hell is with all the Ham bashing.

Secondly, Rick, you don't eat blood, you drink it. What the fuck do they teach you people at Purdue anyway?

HH, that sounds like an absolutely marvelous breakfast. You could probably crumble some sausage in it too if you really wanted to clog your arteries. Put shredded potatoes on top too!! I think I'm gonna try that this Sunday!

Who in hell would leave a holiday meal up to a bachelor?

Micky Ds is open easter morning.

Here is the move: you are supplying the location. Involve everyone else who is coming in the food preparation. One family brings the dessert, another family brings vegetables and salad, another one brings potatoes, you go out and buy a ham. Presto. The only thing you have to do is throw the ham in the oven and put doilies on the seats in your hovel to make sure no one sticks.

Cooking one is pretty easy, about 10 minutes for every pound at about 325.

I'm guessing, as soon as you come out of the oven.

Buy a pre-cooked, pre-cut spiral ham and just heat it up. It's way easier.

Go Italian.

- Antipasto
- Find a good gravy recipe and make enough of it to simmer up some meatballs, sausage, pork and beef.
- Lasagna and angel hair.
- Fried zucchini.
- Good italian easter bread
- Stuffed artichokes

I haven't been to temple since my brother's bar mitzvah 25 years ago. I'm so beyond reformed real reformed jews might as well be the ones with huge beards and curly q hair curls.

Well, that narrows it down to about 87% of the people who don't live in Israel.
