I don't know whether it's true or not. I think most people believe words can motivate people. And on certain occasions, such as when weathered pro hoops coaches are involved, li'l danny apparently believes it too.

I'd love to know the coach who's pre game locker room regime is to smoke a cigarette while chatting on the phone about post game coitus. I bet at practice he simply rolls out the balls and lets the players recreate.

I thought they'd get a day off today due to the Royals/White Sox game coming up with Ranger's White Sox Radio Network pregame at 2:35P. No dice. These dopes on the Score have to stop saying Sale does the inverted W. I heard Connor say it on Hit and Run and now Lil Danny said it. The impact of the inverted W is negated if the pitcher leans forward during his delivery. Sale's elbows never get above the level of his shoulders which is the key characteristic of the inverted W.
