Fresh faces all around. Hossa is back! Handzus is here! It's the shitty Blues, so Bollig has to dress! For St. Louis, we'll see Bouwmeester (by way of the Flames) and Jordan Leopold (by way of the Sabres).

The Blues have fallen to 9th in the wake of an 8-1 win by the surging Oilers. On one hand, it'd be nice to keep the Blues out and laugh at how they went from missing the playoffs to a 2 seed to missing the playoffs, but I dunno. The Oilers give us all nightmare.

Anyway these guys are a bunch of assholes, I hope the Hawks destroy them

St. Louis doesn't scare me in the slighest. We had their number last year when they became arguably the best team in the league and now we have their number so far again this year when they've been mediocre at best.

Glad to see Hossa back. Not upset at all with Sharp still out, no reason to rush it.

Why would they ship Morin or Hayes down and bring Bollig back?? Expecting to scrap tonight??

It's the right move, in my opinion. With Sharp and Hossa coming back as well as the addition to Handzus, that's a lot of bench riding for Morin and Hayes. I'm excited about Morin's future but he's not quite ready to crack this lineup. I expect him to be full time next season after we lose Stalberg, Bickell or both. So might as well let him keep getting games in the AHL rather than ride the bench with the big club. Who better to ride the bench than Bollig?

Interesting to see that Seabrook has been booted off the first pairing with Keith. I don't know if he's on the 2nd or 3rd pairing now because all the pairs are different.

Plays like that is why he's been demoted. There's a guy on the wing all alone, might be a good time to hustle and try to close him off. I don't what his issue is this season.

This feels like a game where nothing goes right.

Hasn't been the same since taking the puck to the balls. Maybe they had to cut one off.

That goal really chaps my fuckin ass. I can't think of a goal this season I've been more pissed off about. What a lazy ass attempt at defense. Your initial instinct should be to pump your legs and close him off as soon you can. What does this jack ass do? He lethargically skates over to him and puts his stick out to deflect the puck. Awful defense, awful effort.

For sure. He's not even afraid to fight his own teammates. In Ottawa he was fucking loose cannon.

Not even mad at Crawford, those were nice moves. Fun shootout.

Hawks dominate and fall asleep for 5 minutes and it costs them a point. Has to stop.

Yea. He really had no business saving the two that he did.

Emery should take over as the Hawks #1 Goalie. I've seen enough of Crawford & his bad technique, poor decisions & lack of concentration to come to the conclusion that he will never be one of the top Goalies in the NHL. Its time to play the better player.
