Nice! It's pretty awesome. There is a great Mexican place at Espanola Way and Washington Ave, 2 blocks west and 5 blocks north. There is a Cuban place across the street. Espanola Way is a cool ped-way in an of itself, same with Lincoln Rd.
Mango's is a club to check out. Finnegan's Way is a decent sports bar.
It's an $80 cab ride from the St. Pete's airport, shuttle service is a little cheaper.

And if you're into the whole man on man thing....Palace Bar.
