According to the Dallas Morning News' Twitter, longtime CBS & FOX Sports' PBP voice Pat Summerall has died. The former New York Giants' kicker turned golden voice for CBS Sports from 1961-1993 & from 1994-2002 on FOX Sports covering the NFL, including 16 Super Bowls, the U.S. Tennis Open, as well as the Cotton Bowl in recent years near his Dallas home passed away at age 82.

Pat & Tom Brookshier were the goods about 30 years ago. You knew two things with Pat & Tom:
1) Very Professional
2) You were probably watching a Cowboys/NFC East matchup.
